Spring returns and renews the earth with fresh greenery, making it the perfect time to plant and protect trees. To thoroughly practice the ecological philosophy of lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets, inherit the gene of green development, give full play to the role of primary-level Party organizations as battle fortresses and the exemplary vanguard role of Party members, as well as enrich employees' cultural life and strengthen team cohesion, the Party Branch of Dijing Optoelectronics took the lead and organized the themed Arbor Day activity Sowing Greenery, Embracing Spring Together on March 12.
Staff representatives from all departments gathered at Dijing Park. They took practical actions to sow the seeds of green hope, build an ecological park, and demonstrate the corporate responsibility as an eco-friendly factory.
Participants promptly collected saplings and labor tools, then divided into groups to start tree planting. With clear division and tacit cooperation, everyone shoveled soil, held saplings upright, filled and compacted earth, and watered the young trees—every procedure was carried out with meticulous care and dedication.
Helping one another, some carefully adjusted the angle of saplings to ensure stretched roots and upright planting; some fetched water back and forth to gently irrigate the new seedlings; others exchanged planting skills and shared experience in green protection. Amid laughter and cheerful conversations, the weariness of labor was replaced by the joy of harvest.
After one hour of hard work, rows of newly planted saplings stood tall and orderly in the wind, adding a vibrant touch of green to Dijing Park. They also carry the sincere aspirations of all Party members and staff for green development and a promising future. Everyone hung name tags on the saplings they planted and wrote down commitments to protect greenery, fulfilling their original aspiration and mission with concrete actions to guard the hope of ecology.
At the end of the activity, all participants took group photos beside the newly planted trees, freezing this meaningful moment and bringing the Arbor Day event to a successful close. Led by Party building, the activity integrated Party spirit education with ecological practice. It not only allowed employees to experience the joy of labor through hands-on participation, but also enhanced their awareness of afforestation, green conservation and environmental protection.
