To enrich employees’ cultural life and strengthen team cohesion and a shared sense of purpose, DJN Optronics Group held its 21st Employee Sports Meet on December 8 at the plaza of its Anhui plant. Ms. Zhao Ying, Vice President of the Group; Mr. Zhou Qubo, General Manager of the Production and Operations Department; Mr. Liu Weiliang, Deputy General Manager of the Domestic Marketing Department; and Mr. Zhao Qing, Deputy General Manager of Mofang Optoelectronics, attended the event, joining participating employees for a lively and spirited sports celebration. This year’s event was themed “Creating Brilliance, Winning Together.”
With uplifting music playing in the background, the Sports Meet officially opened with an enthusiastic introduction from the host, who welcomed the leaders and guests in attendance. Mr. Zhou, General Manager of the Production and Operations Department, delivered a speech on behalf of the company and extended his sincere greetings to all participating teams. He encouraged everyone to uphold the spirit of “friendship first, competition second,” compete with determination, and showcase the energy and team spirit of DJN employees.
This year's Sports Meet featured three events: tug-of-war, jump rope, and relay races. Four teams — D3, D6, D7, and the Peripheral Team — competed in both preliminary and final rounds. On the field, participants were full of energy and gave their best in every event. In the tug-of-war competition, team members gripped the rope firmly, planted their feet on the ground, and pulled together with full strength, while cheers and chants rose one after another. In the jump rope event, participants moved with agility and rhythm as the ropes turned swiftly, demonstrating excellent coordination and timing. The relay races brought the atmosphere to a climax, as runners sprinted forward at full speed and each smooth baton handoff reflected the strength, trust, and teamwork of the group.
At the head referee's command of "Start!", the athletes shot forward like arrows released from a bow, sprinting down the track with all their strength. It was not only a contest of speed and passion, but also a true test of teamwork, coordination, and mutual understanding.
Each precise baton handoff was a race against milliseconds, as well as a vivid display of trust and seamless cooperation. The event fully showcased the unity, determination, and competitive spirit of DJN athletes as they pushed forward together and strove for victory.
The girls worked in perfect sync as the long rope swept through the air like a silver arc, its crisp "snap, snap" against the ground setting an energetic rhythm. With their eyes aligned and their footwork in harmony, each teammate followed closely after the next, jumping into the rope with effortless agility. Light as swallows, they moved with grace and composure, showing no sign of hesitation with every rise and landing.
The tug-of-war competition brought the atmosphere to its peak. On both sides of the long rope, the two teams faced off with unshakable determination. The athletes pulled backward with all their strength, chanting in unison and demonstrating the DJN spirit of unity, perseverance, and collective strength. The cheer squads roared with encouragement, filling the venue with unstoppable energy.
After several intense rounds, the winners were finally decided. Yet what shone even brighter than the medals was the powerful sense of teamwork and unity built on the field.
After the intense preliminary rounds, the top-performing teams in each event advanced smoothly to the finals. Competition became even fiercer in the final rounds, with all participants giving their best as they pushed for the championship trophy.
Based on each team’s final-round results, the judging panel fairly determined the champion, runner-up, and third-place winners for the three events, followed by a formal award ceremony. Company leaders presented trophies to the winning teams, as applause and cheers echoed across the sports field.

The Sports Meet not only provided employees with a platform to showcase themselves and release their energy, but also strengthened communication and collaboration among different departments and teams. It fully demonstrated the positive, united, and hardworking spirit of DJN Optronics employees.
